Overview
The Yellow Jacket Digital Agency, YJDA, is an agency at Baldwin Wallace University, where students get a chance to work for the institution.
My role included following content outlines, capturing live content in a classroom setting, and designing/editing posts. As well as working under graduate students, as digital marketing assistants and reporting to our assigned teams weekly.
Our goal was to increase awareness and engagement on socials for Baldwin Wallace University, and yield of students that committed.
My Responsibility
Content Creation
As a graduate assistant, my responsibilities included working with the finance department.
My job was to create content plans and ideas for the whole school year. As the creator, we had the authority to propose and/or build on ideas for emails, text messages, and content creation.
Filming content included capturing classroom settings, club meetings, student/professor interviews, etc.
Content was edited and designed in Canva Pro. Then would be scheduled on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X under strict deadlines made in the content plans.
Everything was recorded in a major content database. Such as the content, platform, intended audience, major/brand objectives, hashtags, and all metrics. This was to help track progress.

Project management tool used to upload and access content needed for media projects. As well as files and/or docs for weekly meetings.
